MEP Foreman / Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a MEP Foreman / Supervisor to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising manpower, coordinating site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and completing work as per project schedules and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day MEP installation activities at site.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor manpower productivity and allocate work efficiently.
• Ensure installation works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Report daily progress to Project Engineers / Site Engineers.
• Coordinate material requirements and monitor site resources.
• Handle troubleshooting and resolve site-related issues.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical field.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in MEP projects.
• Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Ability to manage site workforce and subcontractors.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED9,500.00 per month
