MEP / General Technician (Facility Management)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MEP maintenance within facility management, real estate, or building services.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, plumbing networks, pumps, motors, carpentry, fire alarm and general building maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in diverse environments (indoor/outdoor).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Multi-skilled technician with hands-on expertise in at least two MEP trades.
• Valid driving license is a must.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) are a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
