MEP Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of all MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical Systems, Plumbing & Drainage, Telephone, low-current systems, and Fire Alarm & Fire Protection Systems)
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes, including Etihad We, Etisalat & Fujairah Civil Defense.
• Issue site observations, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with authority representatives.
• Maintain daily site records, inspection logs, and progress reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of UAE experience, preferably with a consultant.
• Strong knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and authority procedures.
• Able to interpret and verify MEP shop drawings, schematics, and as-built documentation.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken); Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD, etc.
• UAE driving license
