MEP Maintenance Engineer

Requirements:

· Minimum 5+ years’ experience in MEP maintenance (at least 3 years in Qatar).

· UPDA grade (Any Grade) is preferred.

· Strong communication skills

· Experience in maintenance of HVAC & MEP systems (chillers, package units, VRF/VRV, FAHUs, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, etc.).

· Transferrable Visa with NOC – Immediate availability.

· Previous experience in buildings, mixed-use developments, commercial and residential projects.

Responsibilities:

· Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for HVAC and MEP maintenance contracts.

· Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.

· Conduct site surveys with clients to assess maintenance requirements and propose suitable solutions.

· Plan, manage, and supervise preventive & corrective maintenance of HVAC systems and other systems.

· Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.

· Lead and train the maintenance team for efficient performance.

· Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.

· Prepare maintenance reports, schedules, and checklists.
