URGENT HIRING – MEP Supervisor (UAE Based)

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the UAE, strong technical knowledge, and proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise all MEP works, ensuring compliance with company standards and project requirements.
• Staff and driver scheduling as per work priorities and requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers for maintenance and specialized works.
• Handle and resolve complaints for in-house and other locations within the UAE.
• Responsible for building maintenance and company facilities.
• Attend to repair and PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting, including monthly reports and PPM records.
• Maintain safe work procedures and instill safety awareness among staff.
• Carry out designated tasks as assigned by the Engineering Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Effective leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
