MEP Maintenance Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Maintenance Supervisor (Lead) to oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems, with a focus on Electrical and HVAC infrastructure. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, technically competent, and capable of leading a maintenance team effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance MEP Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day MEP maintenance operations across the facility
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Electrical and HVAC systems
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules
• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports and logs

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Electrical systems and HVAC equipment
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
