MEP Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager to oversee and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for our high-rise residential projects, including MIVAN structures. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute all MEP activities for the project.
• Coordinate between site teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, STP, WTP systems.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Manage MEP contractors, evaluate work progress, and certify bills.
• Coordinate with civil teams for MIVAN-related MEP provisions.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Support project handover activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in MIVAN and high-rise residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP installations, design coordination, and site execution.
• Good communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple contractors and fast-track project timelines.
