Description:

The MEP Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across projects, ensuring delivery in line with quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements. The role requires fluency in Arabic to effectively communicate with clients, consultants, site teams, and local authorities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all MEP works from design coordination to commissioning and handover.
  • Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar local regulations, international standards, and HSE requirements.
  • Monitor MEP progress, cost control, and quality performance.
  • Resolve technical issues and interface conflicts between disciplines.
  • Lead and supervise MEP engineers and site teams.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of MEP experience, preferably in GCC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and construction practices.
  • Proven leadership and coordination skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
