MEP Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all MEP operations for building and fit-out projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
• Manage and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and technical staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with UAE local authority regulations and international standards (DM, DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, Civil Defence).
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, preparing detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and handover activities, ensuring all systems meet operational and safety standards.
• Identify risks, resolve complex technical or operational issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting best practices, innovative solutions, and sustainable MEP strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in MEP site execution, including fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project execution, and coordination.
• Familiarity with UAE codes and authority requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong Team Leadership & Team Management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Revit or project management tools is a plus.
