MEP Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager with 12+ years of proven experience in managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate must have extensive UAE experience, strong knowledge of local authority regulations, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complete MEP scope from design review to handover.
• Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams.
• Monitor progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Manage project budget and cost control for MEP works.
• DEWA (Dubai Electricity & Water Authority)
• Dubai Civil Defense (Fire & Life Safety)
• Dubai Municipality
• Ensure all inspections and approvals are obtained on time.
• Maintain compliance with UAE building codes and standards.
• Evaluate and approve MEP subcontractors.
• Review vendor technical submissions.
• Monitor procurement schedules to align with project timeline.
• Negotiate technical and commercial aspects when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 12+ years of MEP experience in construction.
• Minimum 5–7 years in UAE (Dubai preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, or large mixed-use developments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
