  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate and manage all MEP activities, including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of MEP professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and senior management.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in managing MEP projects, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and controlling.
  • Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards related to MEP projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in managing a diverse team of professionals.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
