
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate and manage all MEP activities, including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective project delivery.
- Lead and manage a team of MEP professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and senior management.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in managing MEP projects, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and controlling.
- Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards related to MEP projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in managing a diverse team of professionals.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
