MEP Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all MEP activities for the project to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, and architectural teams.
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Supervise MEP subcontractors and site teams to ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure MEP works are completed within deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate with consultants and engineers when required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and project standards.
• Support project management in planning, reporting, and progress monitoring.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience in MEP management within construction projects.
• Proven experience working on high-rise building projects (hotel or commercial towers preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire fighting systems, and MEP coordination.
• Experience managing MEP subcontractors and site teams.
• Good understanding of Dubai authority regulations and approvals.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
