MEP Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager to oversee daily operations of the MEP division, manage the existing team, and ensure smooth delivery of multiple projects. The MEP Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with top management to achieve project and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day MEP operations and project execution.
• Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and site staff.
• Oversee estimation, tendering, procurement, and authority approvals.
• Ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost control on all projects.
• Prepare progress, financial, and operational reports for the MD.

Requirements

• 15–20 years’ MEP contracting experience in UAE, including senior operations/management roles.
• Strong technical knowledge (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and reporting skills.
