Projects Manager

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Lead and supervise the entire site team, including: Site Engineers, Supervisors, Labor workforce, Subcontractors,
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within the approved schedule and budget.
• Attend site meetings and authority inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and codes.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and authorities.
• Supervise and guide the BOQ and quantity take-off team.
• Monitor procurement activities and follow up on timely material arrangements and deliveries to project sites.
• Ensure proper manpower allocation and effective utilization of resources.
• Review progress reports, variations, and project documentation.
• Maintain quality standards and enforce safety requirements across all projects.
• Resolve technical and operational issues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive projects toward successful and timely completion while maintaining client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects in the UAE.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and project management.
• Thorough understanding of requirements and regulations of all relevant authorities and approval agencies in the UAE.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling villa, residential, commercial, and fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, and other regulatory authority requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

Only candidates with relevant UAE construction experience will be considered.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
