MEP Manager - Ajman

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of experience as MEP Manager preferably in main contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on construction projects to ensure they meet all requirements specifications, codes and standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers and construction teams to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.

2. Manage project budgets, including estimating costs associated with materials, labor, and MEP equipment, and controlling costs within financial limits.

3. Plan and supervise MEP system installations, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget and in accordance with project specifications.

4. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure a clear understanding of MEP requirements and project timelines.

5. Perform quality inspections of MEP installations to verify that they meet the highest industry standards and comply with all relevant regulations and codes.6. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors for MEP materials and services, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with project specifications and deadlines.

7. Investigate and implement innovative MEP technologies and sustainable practices to improve project efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and provide customers with state-of-the-art systems.
