MEP Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a MEP Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across projects from design to handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Review and approve MEP designs, shop drawings, technical submittals, and material specifications.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, authority requirements, and safety standards.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
• Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and implement value engineering solutions.

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker (mandatory) with fluent English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Proven experience working in a construction or real estate development company in the role of MEP Manager.
• Strong knowledge of UAE codes, authority approvals, and project delivery processes.
• Experience with residential or mixed-use developments is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
