Position: Mechanical Technical Manager / Team Lead

We are seeking Mechanical Technical Engineers with substantial experience in the MEPF Design Delivery to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering railway , commercial Grade A buildings projects in the region, with expertise in MEP consultancy firms is preferred with Project Mgmt background..

Requirements

• Experience: 10–15 years with MEP Design consultants and PMC firm

• System Knowledge: HVAC, Drainage, Water Supply, Fire Fighting, and LPG.

• Background: Proven experience in Rsilway transport hubs residential and large commercial buildings .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Review DD and IFC (Issued for Construction) design documents and drawingsas per DBR and specified calculations

• Ensure compliance with all relevant authorities (RLDA , NBC , NFPA, ASHRAE and ISHRAE , etc.).

• Prepare and develop mechanical systems and MEP modular shop drawings for construction.

• Perform engineering calculations including:

• ESP & pump head

• Ventilation and pressurization

• Smoke management systems

• Heat load calculations

• Acoustic and pipe structural analysis

• Review and check material submittals, engineering drawings, and technical calculations.

• Review RLDA (railway land development authority) specification technical documents and prepare shop drawings after complying to PMS (PMC)comments .

• Oversee authority submission processes and coordinate with PmS to obtain approvals on Design Submissions.

• Handle site technical queries and conduct site surveys.

• Participate in technical meetings with RLDA , PMS and main contractors and suppliers.

• Manage and lead a large BIM / CAD team.
