Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations for our Rawalpindi project. The role requires strong expertise in execution, coordination, contractor management, and quality control across all MEP systems.

This is a growth-oriented position, where the selected candidate will initially be hired as Manager and may be promoted to Senior Manager based on performance, ownership, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Manage and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Oversee project timelines, planning, and daily progress monitoring
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Review and validate shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Supervise testing & commissioning (T&C) of all MEP systems
• Monitor cost control, material usage, and contractor billing/verification
• Identify risks and resolve technical and site challenges proactively
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting for management review

Qualifications:

• BSc/BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred), Civil with strong MEP experience may be considered
• 8–12+ years of relevant experience in MEP execution and management
• Proven experience in commercial or mixed-use projects (malls, hotels, high-rise buildings)
• Strong hands-on experience in site execution, contractor handling, and T&C

Preferred:

• Experience in large-scale commercial developments or mall projects
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, fire fighting systems, electrical panels, and BMS
• Ability to review AutoCAD drawings and technical submissions
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Strong track record of project delivery and team leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
