Job Summary

The MEP Marketing & Sales professional is responsible for identifying new construction opportunities, developing client relationships, supporting tendering activities, and securing MEP subcontract and main contract awards. The role bridges technical understanding and commercial strategy, focusing on consultants, main contractors, developers, and project owners.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Business Development

  • Identify upcoming MEP tenders and projects (residential, commercial, villas, towers, infrastructure).
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase company visibility with consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with:
  • Main Contractors
  • Consultants
  • Developers / Clients
  • Project Management Consultants (PMC)
  • Arrange company presentations, capability statements, and prequalification submissions.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and pricing benchmarks in the UAE MEP sector.

Sales & Tender Support

  • Source and follow up on MEP RFQs and tenders.
  • Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and procurement teams during bid preparation.
  • Participate in technical and commercial negotiations.
  • Assist in finalizing contracts, scope clarifications, exclusions, and payment terms.
  • Support handover from sales to project execution team after award.

Client & Consultant Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact during pre-award and post-award stages.
  • Attend tender meetings, clarification meetings, and site visits.
  • Handle consultant queries related to:
  • MEP scope
  • Compliance
  • Value engineering proposals
  • Maintain long-term relationships to secure repeat business.

Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain a pipeline of leads, tenders, and awarded projects.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Track success rate, hit ratio, and market penetration.
  • Maintain accurate client and project records (CRM).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Building Services / MEP Engineering
  • Or relevant technical field

Experience Requirements

  • 5–10 years experience in MEP marketing and sales in UAE.
  • Strong exposure to:
  • High-rise buildings
  • Residential & commercial projects
  • Infrastructure / utility projects (preferred)
  • Proven track record of MEP project awards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • UAE: 5 years (Required)
  • MEP Marketing: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
