We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Mechanical Draftsman with over 5 years of consultancy experience in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing mechanical drawings, technical documentation, and coordination, with proven expertise in Revit and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop detailed mechanical drawings (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems)
• Assist engineers in design documentation and technical submissions
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure accuracy of drawings
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DCD, and other local authority standards
• Revise and update drawings based on site conditions and engineer instructions
• Support project managers with drafting input and reporting

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of consultancy experience in the UAE
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office
• Familiarity with local authority submission procedures and standards
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems drafting
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drawings
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• BIM knowledge is an advantage
