Civil BIM Draughtsman- Structural and Architecture

Meraki Integrated Contracting is seeking a skilled BIM Draughtsman- (Civil) with strong expertise in execution-focused modeling. You will play a key role in developing accurate 3D models, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring construction-ready drawings align with project specifications and timelines. This position will report to Assistant GM-Technical.

Key Responsibilities:

3D Architectural modelling (Incl. Str & MEP details), 2D drafting and detailing & coordination.

• Generate 3D models and renderings using BIM software’s to enhance visualization and for co-ordination.
• Preparing detailed architectural & Structural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using Auto CADD software’s.
• Coordinate with other disciplines such as structural and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) to incorporate their input into the drawings and identifying, rectifying any clashes.
• Coordination with Surveyors & site team
• To prepare all inhouse Structural shop drawings in coordination with IFC Arch. & MEP drawings

i. General arrangement drawings (foundations, slab, column & lift core walls, staircase, ramp, MEP Equip. foundations etc…)

ii. Excavation Drawings

• To prepare all inhouse Architectural shop drawings in coordination with IFC Str. & MEP drawings

i. Block work layout, sections, Door & Window schedules & typical block work details etc…

ii. Tiling layout, Elevation & section details

iii. Finishing Schedule

iv. Wall Coordination layouts

v. External Elevations

vi. Hardscape Drawings

vii. Other shop drawings as required

• All specialized Sub contractors shop drawing coordination including ID drawings w.r.to IFC Arch., Str., MEP & ID
• General drawings

i. Sketches for RFI / CVI etc..

ii. As built drawings

iii. Logistic layouts ,Tower crane layout & sections, etc.

• Eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to adapt to project demands.

Requirements

• Qualification- Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience - Minimum 05 years UAE Experience in Buildings (Midrise & Highrise)
• Proficiency in BIM & AUTOCAD Softwares
• Minimum should have worked in 2-3 Residential building projects from start to handing over
• Should have certificates for BIM & AUTOCAD Software courses
