MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Trainer

Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a skilled and motivated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Trainer to deliver training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about building services engineering and training, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on MEP systems and fundamentals.
• Teach HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection basics.
• Explain MEP design concepts, installation practices, and coordination.
• Provide hands-on training using relevant tools and real-world case studies.
• Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
• Guide participants in project-based learning and practical applications.
• Stay updated with MEP standards, codes, and industry practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
• Familiarity with design tools (AutoCAD, Revit MEP) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and technical training.
