We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Operations – MEP / Operations Manager – MEP to lead and oversee our MEP operations across large-scale villa and high-rise building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate must possess extensive UAE market experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing multi-project operations at a senior management level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall MEP operations, ensuring successful delivery of villa and high-rise projects across the UAE.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and control to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Manage and mentor senior project managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, local authority approvals, HSE standards, and quality management systems.
• Monitor financial performance, cost control, risk management, and resource allocation across projects.
• Provide regular operational and performance reports to top management and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Minimum 30 years of total professional experience in MEP contracting.
• At least 25 years in senior managerial roles within the MEP industry.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar position (Head of Operations / Operations Manager – MEP).
• Strong hands-on experience in villa and high-rise building projects in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction practices, authorities, and MEP standards.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
