MEP Planning Engineer

We are looking for a MEP Planning Engineer to join our team, specializing in MEP and data center projects.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and review project program schedules, weekly and monthly reports, KPIs, manpower histograms, and plant histograms.
• Effectively communicate with the Head Office team about design, engineering, and procurement items. Develop and maintain different tracker schedules.
• Communicate effectively with the project team to identify day-to-day planning/schedule issues, concerns, critical items/areas, delays, and take effective steps/actions.
• Capable of effectively communicating project requirements with clients, consultants, and engineers to achieve solutions quickly.
• Subcontractor Management – including the process of tender, procurement, mobilization, program/schedule, reports, meetings, recovery, and closeout.
• Suggest management of risks affecting project schedules and interfaces.
• Develop, submit, and maintain delay notices, interim claims, final claims for successful closeout.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in large-scale commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of authority requirements and procedures.
• Good knowledge and experience in delay analysis techniques and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using Primavera and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with engineering and construction tools.

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
