- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for MEP scope
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works
- Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs to develop accurate pricing
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and technical compliance
- Prepare BOQs and cost breakdowns according to project requirements
- Assist in value engineering and cost optimization proposals
- Support tendering and procurement teams with pricing analysis and clarifications

Maintain updated cost databases and price benchmarks for MEP materials
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP estimation and pricing within construction or contracting companies
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and market pricing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tender deadlines
