MEP PROCUREMENT ENGINEER

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic team on immediate basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring MEP materials and equipment, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate technical and commercial bid proposals for MEP materials and equipment
• Source and select reliable suppliers and vendors
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers
• Expedite procurement processes to ensure timely delivery
• Review and verify purchase orders and requisitions
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future needs
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to understand project requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Procurement Engineer in MEP or contracting projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials and equipment
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
• Familiarity with local and international supplier markets
