Salary: AED 11,000 – 13,000 (Based on experience)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in purchasing/procurement within F&B, catering, or hospitality.
  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory systems (STO).
  • Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of vendor management and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best quality and price.
  • Oversee daily purchasing operations and maintain stock levels.
  • Manage supplier contracts, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor inventory usage and forecast procurement needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with chefs and operations to ensure timely supply of materials.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
