Senior Procurement Officer (Aluminum & Façade Experience Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Officer with a strong background in aluminum, façades, and related construction materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement cycle, building supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective, timely sourcing of high-quality materials and subcontracted works.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies for aluminum, façade, and cladding works.
• Source, negotiate, and finalize contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs in line with project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with the project, engineering, and commercial teams to meet project delivery timelines.
• Prepare and maintain accurate procurement reports, cost analyses, and supplier performance records.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new materials in the aluminum and façade sector.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in aluminum & façade works (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, aluminum profiles, glazing, and related materials.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with large-scale construction or façade projects.
• Strong regional and international supplier network in aluminum & façade.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are an added advantage.
