Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Purchaser to manage procurement operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will maintain supplier databases, track pricing, ensure inventory accuracy, and facilitate swift purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of all suppliers, including pricing and availability.
  • Track market price fluctuations to support informed purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure fast and efficient procurement while balancing cost and quality.
  • Maintain workshop inventory to prevent shortages and optimise stock levels.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for optimal pricing and service.
  • Analyse purchasing trends to improve procurement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and execute fast purchasing actions.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

  • Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Purchasing: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Required)
