Sourcing & Store Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a Sourcing & Store Executive with a strong commercial and procurement background, preferably with exposure to the electrical/switchgear industry. The role involves supplier sourcing, purchase coordination, inventory management, and accurate documentation using Zoho CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Procurement

  • Identify and evaluate vendors for electrical/switchgear materials.
  • Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely procurement of required items.

Store & Inventory Management

  • Oversee receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
  • Maintain stock registers and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
  • Track inventory levels and highlight shortages in advance.
  • Conduct periodic stock verification and audits.

Documentation & Systems

  • Prepare purchase orders, GRNs, and supplier invoices.
  • Update procurement and inventory data in Zoho CRM/Inventory.
  • Generate reports on purchase status, stock movement, and supplier performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in procurement/sourcing/store management (experience in electrical/switchgear industry is preferred).
  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM/Inventory (mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and documentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of commercial terms (Incoterms, payment terms, etc.).
  • MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
