Job Description – Fabric Sourcing Specialist

Location: Luxury Bespoke Atelier, 10 minutes from Downtown Dubai

Salary: AED 7,000 – 10,000 per month

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

We are a luxury bespoke atelier where a team of master tailors create bespoke suits and dresses for high-profile clients. The atelier also houses a retail space for fashion accessories, offering a refined environment that blends craftsmanship, exclusivity, and VIP client service .

Role Overview

We are seeking a Fabric Sourcing Specialist with proven expertise in the luxury sector. This role is critical in ensuring our atelier has access to the finest fabrics and fashion accessories for both bespoke and ready-to-wear garments. The ideal candidate will have strong supplier networks in Dubai, deep knowledge of luxury fabrics, and the ability to negotiate and source both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure luxury fabrics and accessories for couture, bespoke, and ready-to-wear garments.
• Manage and expand supplier relationships in Dubai’s leading fabric markets.
• Conduct quality control to ensure all materials meet luxury standards.
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and delivery with suppliers to align with atelier requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new fabrics, and luxury fashion innovations .
• Collaborate closely with tailors, designers, and retail staff to anticipate sourcing needs.
• Maintain detailed sourcing records and ensure smooth logistics.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fabric and accessory sourcing in Dubai .
• Strong understanding of luxury fashion fabrics, couture textiles, and embellishments .
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, VIP client environment .
• Professional, detail-oriented, and discreet.
