Sourcing Specialist (Architectural Metal)

We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Specialist to manage supplier selection, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services. You will drive supplier relationships, optimize costs, and support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of goods and services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to achieve optimal value.
• Conduct market research to monitor trends, pricing, and new sourcing opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Support cost optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects within procurement.
• Maintain accurate records of suppliers, contracts, and procurement activities.
