Purchasing Coordinator – Construction Field

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Purchasing Coordinator to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be an Asian national with proven experience in procurement within the UAE construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Identify and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely purchases.
• Maintain supplier relationships and vendor databases.
• Review and process purchase orders, quotations, and contracts.
• Coordinate with site teams and project managers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement standards.

Requirements

✅ asian nationality.

✅ Minimum 3–5 years of purchasing/procurement experience in the Dubai construction field.

✅ Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and local market practices.

✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

✅ Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
