Procurement Officer

Manage product and service demand through systematic requisitions, ensuring all prerequisites are met.

Develop and maintain the supplier database with updated records of strategic suppliers.

Follow up on pending orders with end-users and ensure timely execution.

Raise release orders against blanket agreements.

Review supplier quotations and prepare analysis sheets for committee evaluation.

Process RFQs through fair and transparent competition to obtain the best offers.

Administer tenders, negotiations, and bidding processes.

Order materials and services by generating schedules and fulfilling inquiries.

Draft and issue purchase orders, agreements, and contracts; request performance bonds and manage PO handover.

Prepare and submit procurement reports for management.

Respond to supplier inquiries regarding purchase orders and payment issues.

Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
