Project & Development Services - MENA
JLL Project & Development Services (P&DS) MENA provides consulting, design, management and build services to tenant and owners, leveraging technology and digital solutions to drive outstanding service delivery.
We bring a life-cycle perspective to our clients, from development solutions to our core services in programme, project and cost management and consulting in digital solutions, tenancy management, sustainability, leisure & entertainment, and workplace & design.
Job Location: Marsa Matrouh, Egypt
Experience Level: 7-12 years
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced MEP Project Coordinator to assist the Project Design Manager to lead design coordination and technical reviews for our exciting projects. If you're passionate about bringing MEP systems to life, and coordinating between multiple stakeholders, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Design Leadership
Lead MEP design development and manage technical review processes.
Coordinate contractor submittals (RFI, RFP, RFA, MAR, TRN,..) and ensure timely approvals.
Collaboration & Coordination
Be the go-to person coordinating between design teams for clients, consultants, and contractors.
Assist Design manager & facilitate productive design coordination meetings to keep projects on track.
Manage relationships with Municipality, Electricity, and Water Authorities for smooth approvals.
Quality & Delivery
Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and ensure quality standards.
Monitor consultants & contractors’ performance and project milestones and provide related reports to the Design Manager.
Provide proactive solutions to keep projects on schedule.
What You Bring
7-12 years’ experience in MEP coordination and Technical Office duties.
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and building codes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with submittal management and document control.
