MEP Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all MEP fit-out works on-site (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting)
• Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements (DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.)
• Conduct site inspections and prepare snag lists
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems
• Resolve technical issues during project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in MEP fit-out projects (mandatory)
• Driving license is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems
• Experience in fit-out project execution and coordination
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial fit-out projects
• Knowledge of AutoCAD

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
