MEP Project Engineer (Arabic Electrical Engineer Only)

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Electrical Project Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in the UAE construction industry to oversee and manage the execution of electrical works on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful implementation of electrical systems in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision:

• Oversee and manage the daily execution of Electrical works on-site, ensuring alignment with project timelines and plans.
• Monitor and inspect the installation electrical & low current systems for quality assurance.

2. Coordination:

• Collaborate with project managers, and other site team to resolve site-specific challenges.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.

3. Compliance & Quality Control:

• Ensure all MEP works comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, DEWA standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks and resolve any non-conformance issues.

4. Problem Solving:

• Address and resolve technical issues and discrepancies during construction.
• Propose practical solutions for site challenges to ensure smooth workflow.

5. Documentation:

• Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and inspection records.
• Assist in the preparation and review of as-built drawings, testing, and commissioning documents.

6. Health & Safety:

• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards at the worksite.
• Identify and mitigate potential hazards to create a safe working environment.

7. Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 4-6 years of UAE-based experience as an Electrical Site/project Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, local codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

8. Preferred:

• Experience in managing Electrical works for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of energy-efficient and sustainable practices.
• Valid UAE driving license.
