MEP Project Manager

Job description:

We are urgently hiring an experienced MEP Project Manager with Mechanical background with proven experience in Emaar and Expo projects. The ideal candidate must be available to join immediately and have experience in MEP Contracting Company.

• Develop and manage detailed MEP project schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
• Review MEP designs, drawings, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations (DEWA, DCD, etc.), and international standards.
• Ensure integration of MEP systems with architectural and structural elements.
• Oversee day-to-day MEP site activities ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met.
• Manage testing & commissioning of all MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and electrical systems.
• Monitor MEP budgets, control costs, and track progress.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.).
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and approval records.
• Lead MEP teams, assign responsibilities, and drive performance.
• Resolve site conflicts and technical issues swiftly and effectively.
• Act as the key MEP point of contact for the client, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and attend project progress meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
