MEP Project Manager

• Manage planning, execution, and completion of MEP works within scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities for smooth project progress.
• Review IFC drawings, specifications, and resolve technical issues and site constraints.
• Lead MEP coordination with architectural, structural, and other disciplines
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover of MEP systems.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, DM, Civil Defense, etc.).
• Enforce HSE and quality standards on site
• Lead and supervise engineers, supervisors, and site teams
• Prepare periodic progress reports and maintain all project documentation.
