MEP Project Manager

Manage planning, execution, and completion of MEP works within scope, schedule, and budget
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities for smooth project progress.
Review IFC drawings, specifications, and resolve technical issues and site constraints.
Lead MEP coordination with architectural, structural, and other disciplines
Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover of MEP systems.
Monitor project costs, variations, and ensure profitability.
Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, DM, Civil Defense, etc.).
Enforce HSE and quality standards on site
Lead and supervise engineers, supervisors, and site teams
Prepare periodic progress reports and maintain all project documentation.
