Overview
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong
MEP Package / Project Manager
to lead the delivery of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing packages on a flagship construction project in Riyadh. This is a high-profile development featuring
ultra high-spec interiors
, requiring exceptional coordination, precision, and quality control.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in technically demanding environments and has a proven track record managing MEP works on large-scale, design-intensive projects.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle delivery of MEP packages from procurement through installation, testing, and commissioning

Manage specialist MEP subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contract, programme, and quality standards

Coordinate closely with design, architecture, and fit-out teams to integrate complex services within high-end interior environments

Drive technical resolution of clashes and buildability challenges using BIM and site coordination processes

Monitor progress against programme and proactively mitigate delays or risks
-
Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure installation meets stringent project specifications and international standards

Interface with client, consultants, and internal stakeholders, providing clear reporting on progress, risks, and technical issues

Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with health & safety requirements and local regulations

Lead commissioning strategy and ensure seamless handover of systems
Requirements
-
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
-
Minimum
10–15 years’ experience
in MEP project delivery, with at least 5 years in a managerial role

Proven experience working for a
main contractor
on large-scale construction or high-end fit-out projects

Strong background in
technically complex MEP systems
(HVAC, BMS, specialist lighting, ELV, etc.)

Demonstrated experience delivering
high-spec interior environments
(hospitality, cultural, luxury retail, or similar)

Excellent understanding of coordination processes, including BIM and clash detection workflows

Strong commercial awareness and experience managing subcontract packages
-
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
-
Previous Middle East experience is advantageous
