MEP Project Manager

MEP Project Manager – | Dubai UAE

We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager with strong expertise in fit-out projects across the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering all MEP works for retail stores, F&B outlets, cafés, kiosks, and commercial units, Villas, while ensuring compliance with mall and authority requirements within tight project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end MEP execution for retail fit-out projects across UAE malls and commercial spaces.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, interior designers, mall management, and subcontractors.
• Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, load schedules, and technical specifications.
• Handle authority approvals, inspections, NOCs, energization, and final clearances (DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, Dubai Municipality, SEWA, ADDC, etc.).
• Supervise HVAC, plumbing, drainage, electrical, ELV, fire alarm, firefighting, and life safety systems.
• Monitor project schedules, quality standards, testing & commissioning, and timely handover.
• Manage MEP budgets, procurement, BOQs, and variation claims.
• Prepare as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and project close-out documentation.
• Lead MEP engineers, supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors while providing regular progress updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in MEP fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of mall fit-out guidelines and UAE authority approvals.
• Experience handling fast-track retail projects and multiple sites simultaneously.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• UAE Driving License.
