MEP Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager – Electrical

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: Min 5 years as Electrical Engineer + 2+ years in Project Management

Type: Full-timeAbout the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager with a strong Electrical Engineering foundation to lead projects from concept to handover. You’ll be the bridge between client, site team, vendors, and design — making sure projects run on time, on budget, and to spec.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery: Plan, execute, and close electrical projects including temporary/permanent power, MEP coordination, LV/MV works.

Client & Stakeholder Mgmt: Single point of contact for clients, consultants, DEWA/authority approvals.

Team Leadership: Manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Ensure HSE compliance on site.

Commercial: Prepare BOQs, review LPOs/quotes, track costs, manage variations, and control project P&L.

Documentation: Maintain schedules, progress reports, RFIs, method statements, and as-builts.

Procurement: Coordinate with vendors for material submittals and timely delivery.

Must-Have Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Valid UAE Electrical License is a plus.
• Min 5 years experience as Electrical Engineer + min 2 years as Project Manager in UAE/GCC construction/contracting.
• Proven experience with DEWA, ADDC, SEWA approvals and coordination.Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera P6, and MS Office.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, SLDs, and specs.
• UAE driving license preferred.What We Offer
