MEP Project Manager – Construction Industry

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in commercial and residential projects.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with structural elements.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules for MEP works.
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
• Monitor site installation to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
• Resolve technical issues and liaise with vendors and clients for approvals and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP construction project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.

SALARY WILL BE NEGOTIABLE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
