About the Role

The MEP Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordination, and delivery of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls systems on hyperscale data center projects supporting AI infrastructure. Qualifications

  • 8+ years of MEP project management experience
  • Data center or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred
  • Strong financial, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage MEP-intensive scopes in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to commit to a long-term West Texas assignment

Long-Term Incentives & Financial Upside
