MEP PROJECT MANAGER - Data Center projects

A well-established MEP contractor in the UAE is expanding its Mission Critical Division and is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead execution of high-value data center projects.

This is a senior role for professionals with proven UAE experience delivering Tier III / Tier IV data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MEP execution of data center projects
• Oversee MV/LV systems, UPS, generators, precision cooling & BMS
• Drive commissioning (L1–L5) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
• Manage budgets, variations, and project profitability
• Lead multidisciplinary site teams and client coordination

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 15+ years total experience
• 8+ years in UAE data center project delivery
• Proven Tier III / IV project experience
• Strong knowledge of redundancy systems (N+1, 2N)
• Contractor-side execution background preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
