MEP Project Manager (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting) aspects of MEP projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and ensure compliance with standards and client requirements
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and safety standards on all mechanical works
• Manage and lead site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors on daily operations
• Attend progress meetings and prepare project status reports
• Resolve any technical or contractual issues related to mechanical works
• Conduct inspections and QA/QC checks to ensure proper execution
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to mechanical works

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Proven experience in Villas, high-rise buildings, commercial, or fit-out projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project coordination skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED19,000.00 - AED23,000.00 per month
