We are looking for position of MEP Quantity Survery within 5-8 years UAE only.

Cost Estimation & Budgeting

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
• Develop project budgets and cost plans.
• Analyze drawings and specifications to determine quantities and costs.
• Measure and quantify MEP materials and works from drawings.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Ensure accuracy in material and labor calculations.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and evaluating bids.
• Analyze contractor quotations and negotiate prices.
• Recommend suppliers and subcontractors.
• Interpret and manage contract terms (e.g., FIDIC).
• Handle variations, claims, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor project costs against budget.
• Prepare cost reports and forecasts.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Identify financial risks related to MEP works.
• Evaluate impact of design changes and delays on cost.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and contractors.
• Ensure MEP scope aligns with overall project requirements.
• Attend project meetings and provide cost advice.
• Understand MEP systems (HVAC, LV/MV electrical, plumbing, firefighting).

Note: Please note that this role requires prior experience, and applications from freshers will not be considered.
