We are seeking a detail-oriented MEP Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project budgets and timelines are met.

Prepare and verify quantities, BOQs, and cost estimates for piping networks, electrical systems, and mechanical works related to pumping stations and utility infrastructure.

• Review tender drawings, technical specifications, and IFC documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Carry out quantity take-offs for water supply, chilled water, stormwater, and sewer networks

• Evaluate HV/LV electrical works, control panels, cable schedules, and earthing systems for pumping stations.

• Prepare cost breakdowns

• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to prepare MEP estimates.
• Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate cost projections.
• Prepare and submit bid proposals to clients.
• Track and update cost databases for future estimates.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, local labor rates, and material costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an MEP Estimator or in a similar role.
