MEP Quantity Surveyor

The Electrical / MEP Quantity Surveyor will manage all cost, estimation, and contract activities for electrical works with additional oversight of mechanical and plumbing systems. The role is particularly suited for projects such as medical buildings and control towers, requiring precision, cost control, and strong digital take-off skills using PlanSwift and Bluebeam.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead the preparation of quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for electrical trades (power distribution, lighting, ELV, fire alarm, BMS, structured cabling, etc.).
•  Support cost estimation for mechanical and plumbing systems (HVAC, firefighting, water supply & drainage) as part of overall MEP packages.
•  Review electrical drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
•  Assist the Planners and Cist controllers in controlling electrical and MEP project costs in line with budgets, contracts, and company standards.
•  Track and manage variations, claims, and VO approvals for electrical works and integrated MEP activities.
•  Collaborate closely with technical team, design engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate cost reporting and smooth delivery of electrical works.
•  Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and health & safety regulations, especially in medical environments and other construction Projects.
