MEP Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor - Pre Contract Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee BOQ preparation
• Cost planning
• Tender evaluations
• Attend Client/Consultant meetings
• Guide the pre-contract QS team

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• At least 2–3 years of pre-contract consultancy experience (mandatory).
• Proven ability to lead pre-contract activities
• At least 5 years of relevant local experience (mandatory).
• MRICS is preferred.

This role is based in Dubai, UAE. On-site presence is required.
